What’s the difference between cold-pressed juice and the juice I make at home?
Juiced is always cold-pressed. Our hydraulic cold-press method of juice extraction provides a minimum mixing of air with the juices which results in very slow oxidation or decomposition. The tremendous pressure exerted by our juice press gently and completely extracts the natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements. Cold-pressing juice is a method of juicing that enables juice to be bottled (without preservatives) and still maintain a 48-hour shelf life. Household juicers, typically ‘rotary’ or ‘centrifugal,’ are significantly faster processing method, but overall less efficient. As the blade inside a centrifugal juicer spins at a high speed, it generates heat. The heat also oxidizes and separates nutrients naturally found in the whole fruits and vegetables, rendering those nutrients that make it into the juice less pure.
Why do Juiced Co Juices have such a short shelf life?
Juiced contains no preservatives and is unpasteurized, and therefore is highly perishable. We employ a cold-pressed juicing process that maximizes the shelf life, but cannot advise consumption of our juice beyond this point.
Why is my juice separated? Is it spoiled?
The appearance of Juiced is all natural; We do not filter, preserve or add any fillers. Separation is natural and, as long as juice is within the ‘drink by’ date and refrigerated properly, a two-tone juice does not indicate spoilage. Always refrigerate your juice, shake before consuming, and enjoy on or before the ‘drink by’ date.
Is your juice 100% organic?
No, currently our juice is not 100% organic. We aim to source as much organic produce as possible, but currently everything is not 100% organic.
Why do I have to pre-order my juices?
Juiced’s goal is to maintain a zero-waste process, therefore, juice cleanses must be pre-ordered online 48 hours in advance. A truly sustainable operation wastes nothing, especially not food.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes. Juicing camaraderie is huge and we find it helps a great deal to get your colleagues on board whenever possible. Please remember that juice must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery, so make sure your workplace has the space to accommodate!
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, we do indeed. We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
Do you offer custom juices and/or cater private events?

Do I have to refrigerate my juice?
Absolutely. Straight away. Juiced is highly perishable and must be refrigerated at all times when not being consumed.
My juice tastes a little different than last time, what's going on?
There are always small variances in flavour between batches of fresh produce that is then extended to our juices. Each juice you consume is authentically fresh, not mass produced and then flavored to taste identical to the last batch.
I'm not vegetarian, is this juice for me?
Absolutely! Juiced is for everyone. All human bodies benefit from our pressed juices. Whether you enjoy Juiced occasionally or multiple times a day, every day- you will feel the nourishing effects and vitalizing results in each drop.
Is juicing recommended while I'm pregnant or breast feeding?
Mom’s need additional calories and nutrition in their diets and should not restrict themselves to liquids. Always consult your healthcare professional to see if our blends are appropriate for you. Juiced promotes a healthy balanced consumption of Juiced products, so there is certainly nothing wrong with having Juiced during pregnancy, but we would not suggest cleansing.
